Archeotechnology - Ancient pre-Columbian Aeroplanes and Technology

In the Gold Museum in Bogotá, under the Bank of the Republic of Colombia, is one of the most interesting collection of all pre-Columbian times.

Among valuable necklaces, bangles, bracelets, figures and other ornaments of gold is distinguished especially a set of religious ornaments, as they have been cataloged by archaeologists, with forms of bird, butterfly, flying fish, etc..

These ornaments were found in different graves, as part of the grave goods, and are attributed mostly to Culture Tairona , which together with the Muisca, Calima, Tumaco, Urabá, Cauca, Nariño, Malagana, Tierradentro, San Agustin, Quimbaya and Tolima are the famous Golden Cultures

The Tairona archaeological area, is located in northern Colombia, in the Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta, near the city of Barranquilla, which still survive its direct descendants, the Indians Ijkas and Kogi .
Their heyday was developed about 500 years before the arrival of the Spanish conquistadors to the New World, but the graves where they have found some of these objects, hover almost 2,000 years.

There are other pieces in the hands of private collectors but all pose the same mystery. Are these ornaments representing birds, butterflies or fish?. Its odd shape has led several experts in aerodynamics as JA Ullrich , Ivan Sanderson , Arthur Poyslee , etc., raised the possibility that these religious elements are not exactly any animal species, but rather authentic model airplanes on a small scale, with all its technical characteristics.
